I have 8 vertical number stripes concatenated together to form the following figure:
I've already done the hard part by showing the stripes in the correct left-to-right order. But, the image is still not correct, ... To correct them, we still need to pick one or more stripes and rotate the selected stripe(s) half turn (180 degrees clockwise or counter clockwise). If done correctly, we will see 6 correct arithmetic expressions in the final image.
To find the cache, do the following:
X = the largest number that appears in the final/corrected image.
Y = how many stripes were rotated 180 degrees.
Z = X divided by Y and then divided again by 1000.
Add Z to both minutes part of the posted coordinates.
You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
