Geocache Description:

In less than 48 hours Andrea "Phoenix Lady" Taylor and James "Crossmage" Crossman (two cachers extraordinaire) will make GeoWoodstock history being the first (human) couple ever to be wed at a Geowoodstock event. Come meet the happy couple and the rest of the Geo-Wedding Party for a long flashmob style gathering and pub crawl on 4th Street starting at 7:00pm. A Coed Bachellor/Bachellorette Party will be the theme for the evening.

The Geo-Wedding party (consisting of cachers from Texas and Kansas) and commemorative log book(s) will be near the listed coordinates (in front of Borders) for at least one hour (7pm to 8pm) and possibly a little longer at which time we will make the rounds of the nearby establishments. Facebook check-ins (see the related website link located below the terrain rating above) and a geocaching symbol will be taped to the window or door of the 4th street establishment to indicate where we are located during the remainder of the event between W. Liberty St. & W. Muhammad Ali Blvd. It should not be hard to find us or any other geocachers in a 1 block area if you get there late. The event will be officially over at 11pm, but will probably linger on a bit longer. We realize the logistics and timing may be off for some cachers to actually meet the happy couple or leave a note for them in the log. Regardless, the event is on 4th St. between 7pm & 11pm and also between Liberty St. & Muhammad Ali Blvd. There should be quite a lot of cachers on the street and in the local establishments with less than two days left until the big event.

So come on out this Thursday evening and wish the happy couple well in their future life together as man and wife and of course, meet cachers from all over the world, talk about geocaching, and swap stories, travel bugs, and sig items.

BTW- Everyone is also invited to attend the wedding ceremony that will happen sometime during GeoWoodstock X.

PARKING: The closest parking is at 4th Street Live's parking garage. The garage entrance is located on 5th St. Parking is FREE after 6pm on weekdays. It's a short walk to the main event coords from parking. Google 4th St Live for more detailed information on the venue.

For the safety of all attendees:
Remember to drink responsibly if you do imbibe alcohol at any of the local establishments during the festivities. Please have a designated driver or alternate transportation arranged in advance. Oh, and do be careful when crossing the road. We want to see you at the following events alive and in one piece.
