[Swe]Detta är den sjunde, och sista, av en serie av 7 st GPSgömmor / cachar som har till syfte att följa i NilsGN:s bospår. [Eng]This is the seventh, and last, of a series of seven caches that are intended to follow in NilsGN's housing tracks. But, now, would anyone have any personal connection to the place, for example, so please write something about it when you log on geoacaching.com NGN #9&10 Nordlunden Arrendegatan 2 [Swe]Redan efter ett år på landen försökte vi sälja gården. Det tog två år. Vi hade varit och tittat på grupphusområdet vid Arrendegatan tidigare och jag dömde ut dem som limmade träflishus kompletterade med gips och papper. En dag fann jag mig, tillsammans med hustrun vara ägare till ett sådant hus. Inget vi ångrar idag. Vi hade en bra tid här. Hustrun jobbade inom vården och jag jobbade med allt möjligt men mest med IT. Barnen fick en trygg uppväxt. Fick gå i samma skola. Ha samma lekkamrater. Och vi hade trevliga och goda grannar. Vi flyttade för att räntorna gick upp och boendekostnaden hotade att överstiga 8000 sek per månad. Det var 1998. 1999 fick vi sålt hustet till nöjda husköpare som vi träffar och pratar med emellanåt. Vi flyttade ju inte så lång. Tvärs över vägen liksom. [Eng]After only a year on conditions, we tried to sell the farm. It took two years. We had been and looked at the group house area at Arrendegatan past and I ruled them out as glued tree chipper house supplemented with gypsum and paper. One day I found myself, along with my wife to own such a house. Nothing we regret today. We had a great time here. My wife worked in healthcare and I worked with all sorts of things but most of IT. The children had a safe upbringing. They attending the same school. Have the same playmates. And we had nice and good neighbors. We moved because interest rates rose and housing costs threatened to exceed 8000 sek per month. It was in 1998. In 1999 we sold the house to satisfied home buyers as we meet and talk to occasionally. We moved not so long. Across the road as well. Agnesborgsv 12 [Swe]Här firade vi millenniet. 2001 pajade min nackrygg och efter det blev det bara sämre. Tur att vi hann flytta från huset. [Eng]Here we celebrated the millennium. 2001 broke my neck back and after that it just became worse. Luckily we managed to move from the house. Nordlunden [Swe]Än så länge inte ett officielt namn på en samling träd som jag planterade på kullen för att skydda från nordanvinden. Jag har hos kommunen ansökt om att få namnen officiellt. Vi får se om det går? [Eng]So far no one officially name for a collection of trees that I planted on the hill to protect from north wind. I have the local authority seeking to obtain the names officially. We'll see if it goes?
