At precisely 6.00pm on 9th June 2012 you are invited to join us in the car park near Subway/Costa at Riverside Retail Park in Northampton to take part in a flash mob event as part of the worldwide flash mob events being organised all over the world.
All you need to attend the event is a hat - any hat will do from bobble hats to Santa hats and even grandma's bonnet (we feel sure you get the idea)!
Prior To The Event: Drive to the parking area near the coordinates. Either stay in your car or get out of your car and pretend you are a muggle. ACT LIKE YOU DON'T KNOW ANYONE ELSE. Keep you hat hidden away from view until the event starts.
At exactly 6:00 PM: A flag will be raised at GZ. This signifies the start of the event and everyone must at this moment pull out their hat and put it on and head for GZ.
Please have your caching name written down on a piece of paper to drop into the event box as you will not have time to pass around a log book. There will be time to exchange Travel Bugs and Geocoins.
The event will last exactly 15 minutes giving time for a group photo and one name will be pulled out of the box and declared FTF then at 6:15pm everyone will take off their hats and disperse leaving any muggles wondering what just happened!
