Beautiful view of the Bushman's river below
The Mtunzini Picnic site has a wonderful shaded area where you can enjoy a relaxing break and also take a short hike to the edge of the park, here you find a memorial bench with a wonderful view overlooking the Bushman's river in the valley below. To the right you will see the channel built by the Voortrekkers to carry water to their crops and supply the settlement with water. It was built in 1841, five years after the start of the Great Trek.
The cache is a cammo PET bottle and must be replaced as found, make sure it is covered by the pieces of wood used to cover it up.
