This supposedly "mean-spirited, unfriendly, and hateful" cache is dedicated to a local cahcer that gets us irked with the fine coordinates given on their caches.
Its just what the doctor ordered. Another "P&G" to drive you absolutely insane.
Coordinates are off...get the gps out that requires a sweater, fine tooth comb, a red ballon, 2 wire hangers, and gerbil on a wheel to operate, to find the right location.
