Kitty!!: Thank you to those who have found this cache/the NoCMoC series and your kind logs. Its been over four years since it was launched on 18th May 2013 and this cache has had 296 (297 once sidsgranma logs her find). It is very disappointing to look for any cache and find it missing or in bad condition - particularly so on a power trail like this. Regular and swift maintenance is essential. Sadly bespoke containers have been stolen and I am no longer able to put in the time needed to keep this series in the pristine condition I like my caches to be in. The cache has therefore been archived.

Geocache Description:

The last cache on the Middlemead trek! For those of you that remember Kev/Middleman's TT series, yes, this is the same location as his No 3 cache! Sorry you have to cross the road here but the land/fence pavement side of this cache is a SSSI. Tempting though it may be, we do not recommend these Middlemead caches be done as drive-by cache and dashes as the road is busy and there is nowhere safe to park.

For those undertaking the NoCMoC Trail - please be aware that the gates to the Visitor Centre are locked at 5pm (3.30 for the Fishing Lodge in winter - including the gate leading from the Fishing lodge into the nature reserve). From this cache you may wish to return and move your car if parked in any of the carparks or complete the visitor centre caches before it closes.

If you wish to continue with the long loop, you will need to cross the road after this cache and take the public footpath up to St Peter's Church. See Waypoint NM27.
