Where: The Lions of Bledlow, Church End, Bledlow, HP27 9PE. A wonderful, historic pub at the foot of the Chilterns, famed for its TV and film appearances. If there's enough of us we'll be given the dining room or if the weather's nice, so is the garden behind the pub.
When: Friday May the 4th (be with you) 2012, from 6pm. (Food 7pm til 9.30). Make a day of it with the Thame to Princes Risborough Geolympix Cyclerama series. Bring your bike!
What: The 53rd of these caching gatherings. Who knew they'd be so popular? A monthly caching get-together for all cachers, be they BBH types or not. If we have a room to ourselves, and since the last one proved popular, there will probably be another optional Pub Quiz too. 8pm-10pm approx. £1 per person entry, max. team size 4 people, half the pot to the winner/s, half to help fund The Geolympix.
Who: Bucks, Beds and Herts cachers, but those not local are also made very welcome. We'll be talking caching and swapping travel items, in the usual fashion. The bar area is dog-friendly and kids are welcome too. (Friday isn't a school night.) New to caching or cache events? You'll be made especially welcome :)
Why: Because it lets Star Wars geeks enjoy themselves. Dressing as a Jedi is not required but I hope to bring my Lightsabre... Also, Darth Alibags used her Sith powers to make me do it.
