Higher Tor is the most southerly of the Belstone range of tors, and again 360° views are available on a good day! There is a boundary stone some 250m south of the tor marking the borders of Belstone and Lydford parishes. Parking is available just before entering the village, with a pleasant stroll to the moorgate and up to the tor. The cache is a letterbox hybrid in a medium-sized pillpot. There is the letterbox stamp - so dont forget to take an inkpad and some paper or card to take a copy -, and a 35mm film pot Containing the log. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE STAMP AND CONTAINER ARE NOT SWAPS, THESE SHOULD BE LEFT IN SITU PLEASE!!!! This is a hybrid letterbox, and has been sited within the DNP geocaching and letterboxing guidelines.
