Geocache Description:

Special Ed and FallenFaery began the tradition of placing commemorative caches in honor of a cacher's finding achievements. This cache continues that tradition. Congrats to IrishCubsFan on achieving 2000 finds.

An IrishCubsFan in his natural element

IrishCubsFan has been a wonderful addition to the Geocaching community since his first few dozen finds in 2004, then the rest of them 3 years later. FTF hound, puzzle master, and ninja monkey in his own right he is always one to push his own envelope from Speaking Non Traditionally, to running all over creation finding 10 different geocaching icons, to completing Challenging Challenge Challenges.

And he does it all with his Irish Good humor and a smile. Because you see, IrishCubsFan is actually IRISHCubsFan, born and raised in Ireland. IrishCubsFan comes by his name honestly. But IrishCubsFan does have one minor flaw.

He gets a little lost. Sometimes, he gets a lot lost. And in an even more hysterically ironc twist, he works for a mapping company. And he's a geocacher who carries a GPS with him at all times.

And he gets lost.

So, for this particular journey, IrishCubsFan's closest Irish friends have come together to give him very clear, and very precise directions to his latest milestone cache. Plus, we've spruced the cache up with a bit o' Irish culture so IrishCubsFan doesn't miss his home.

The audio file below contains the directions needed to find IrishCubsFan's 2000th milestone cache. Please go to the posted coordinates, and listen to the directions on your portable MP3 playing device.

At the end, a short waypoint projection will be needed. We hope you enjoy your journey as much as we all have enjoyed being a part of IrishCubsFan's journey to 2000, and beyond.

Congratulations IrishCubsFan. We raise a pint to you!
