Geocache Description:

We were married here on 10th Sept 2011 and wanted to place a cache to bring other people to this beautiful church.

There has been a church on this site way back when the village was recorded as Kirketuna in the dooms day book in 1086.

The current building dates back to the 1300's although, like many churches, has undergone some modification over those years, the most recent of these being the porch.

You are looking for a small camouflaged lock tub.

If anybody would like to expand to this series please do, I would just ask that you could let Sadexploration know first so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication. There is also a Church Micro Stats page found via the Bookmark list.

Congratulations on DJWX for a speedy FTF!
