Geocache Description:

Caution - Cache hide changed from the "bulb" i built, magnetic now, please take care as log below suggests. Also hatch is loose & a pinch hazard or worse!

Similar to the Zero Station at Hollingbourne.... In an overgrown fenced compound on North side of Ratcliffe Highway near junction with Bells Lane, entry via a swing gate.

The hatch is open. Internally this was the best preserved post in SE England (excluding Knockholt which has been restored). With the exception of the instruments, battery, generator and siren virtually everything was still in place including folding table, cupboard, shelf, chairs, metal clothes lockers with ROC uniforms hanging on the front, more uniforms inside, posters, ROC magazines, tool board, splint, maps, all telecommunications equipment, wiring, post log and a mass of other papers.

There is a Type 24 pillbox in one corner of the compound. The bunk beds have been set up in the pillbox as there was no space for them underground.
There is a dummy installed which will be quite obvious, the best way to find this cache is to shine your torch over everything and then turn it off.... On locating remember it's on stengam for easy of retrieval. I'm not saying anymore!!!!
