This cache is meant to be an easy travel cache, appropriate for children or adults. My toddler was able to walk up to it without a problem. It's name is the name of the location, and referencing that it was hidden on February 29, a leap year!
OBS!!! THE CACHE IS A SMALL LOCK AND LOCK TYPE BOX AND HAS 2 LOGBOOKS IN IT, A NEW ONE AND ONE THAT IS ABOUT 2/3 WAY FULL. IF YOU FIND SOMETHING ELSE AND IT HAS A FULL LOGBOOK, IT IS NOT THE CACHE!
Högbacka is a really nice rest area with picnic tables and a lake nearby. The cache is placed just outside the rest area, you can drive almost up to it. If you drive a little further down the road at the end of the rest area you will find yourself at Högbacka fishing camp, just an all around nice place to take a little break, grill some korv or have a little lunch!
