Cache is not hidden at the given coordinates. To find it you must solve the 2-stage puzzle. First part of your task is to finad the coordinates with the use of Google Earth. Then, when your coordinates are confirmed by geochecker, use Street View to find the sign from the picture. There are two numbers X and Y on the sign. Replace X and Y with those numbers in the final cache coordinates.
