It's Hoth Cold Wherigo Cache

This cache has been archived.

AddHam: It's been quite a while since I threatened to shut this one down. I happened to be out here Thursday and grabbed it. Then I forgot to archive it til now. It had a good run. Eventually, I'll put out a similar wherigo for Ep: IV and VI. That was always the plan...but don't wait by the phone for those. I'm cutting back on placed caches...hence the archival.

Geocache Description:

This Wherigo will allow you to play as either Han Solo or Luke Skywalker from the opening scene in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. You will have some tasks to complete and some situations to figure out. If you and a friend play simultaneously as both characters, your experience will coincide with each other. That is the way I intended this one to be played. Have fun!

What is Wherigo?

For those of you who don't know, Wherigo was created as a means to reintroduce the adventure game genre by making it easy for anyone to create and play location-based adventures in the real world. Using Wherigo, the physical world becomes the background for engaging story lines and location-specific virtual entertainment.

Wherigo is a platform that allows you to build location based GPS experiences on your computer and play them in the real world. Rather than searching for puzzle clues on a screen, you look for them in the field. Using Wherigo, you can create interactive tours, adventure games and puzzles... the possibilities are endless.
