Located not far from the Darnitsa metro station is Victory Park ("Park Peremoha"). This is a rather large park with walking trails, a long thin lake crossed by several bridges, and a few statues. Oh yes, and artillery and a tank.
The cache is a small black lock&lock type container sitting on top of the tank tread just above the rear wheel on the south side (the side towards the park entrance). Please use stealth as there will likely be muggles walking around and exploring the military equipment on outdoor display, especially during nice weather.
The container contains a normal log book, and a stamp log book and stamp. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE STAMP! It is not a trade item; it is part of the Letterbox cache.
