Park either at the Forhill picnic site or the nearby pub (see waypoints)
The path surface ranges from tarmac to very wet mud, so wellies are recommended during wet weather. The path is well marked. There are a few stiles, some of which are dog-friendly. At different times of the year there are sheep and horses in the fields.
You are looking for a 120ml plastic sample pot.
