Geocache Description:

In 1972, four astronauts embarked on a mission that would not only change their lives but also the lives of every single ape. They trained countless hours prior to the mission and at one point even in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.

We have unearthed a letter detailing the location of that training area. Decipher the letter and you will will be on your in finding the capsule for this mission.

As always, be cautious, be safe, be invisible.

Remember to bring your field guide, it will aid you in this and the rest of your missions. At the final location for this mission, do not forget to locate the clue for Mission 11: Final Objective. Use the clue and coordinates to retrieve a letter code and copy it in your guide. You may also choose to take a stamp and affix it in your field guide. Collecting one stamp from each mission will allow you to receive one limited edition Operation A.P.E. Pathtag upon completion of all 12 missions. Refer to your field guide for more information.

Warning: Due to the sensitive nature of this mission, your objective is not located at the posted coordinates! It is merely a convenient location to use as the starting point of your mission. Use the letter located below in your effort to find the cache!
