In addition to the Micro Marathon Flash Mob, the IU Geocaching Club is hosting a bowling party. The people at the Back Alley have generously given us a discounted rate. $5 will get you unlimited bowling (and shoe rentals) for 2 hours.
Those who don't want to bowl are more than welcome to attend. This will be a great event to share and swap stories and hang out with fellow Geocachers.
Groundspeak Record - The reason why we're hosting this event on a Wednesday is because Groundspeak is attempting to break the record of the number of Geocaching accounts logging caches on a single event. This event will give all who attend the chance to log the event cache and help Groundspeak with their goal. Even if you can only stop by for a few minutes, come on over!
Food - There is food available for purchase in the Union. Options include Baja Fresh, Pizza Hut, and a few other odds and ends. Feel free to bring your own food or have food delivered to the bowling alley.
