Geocache Description:

The footpath is up hill from the A4130 and can get very muddy in places following wet weather, hence the 2.5 terrain rating. Not suitable for a buggy but not a problem if you are a moutain bike user. Very dense tree coverage so maybe difficult to get an accurate GPS point. Cache is in the wooded part, if youve gone through the kissing gate into the open field you've gone to far.

Badgemore’s Box has been placed by Badgemore Primary School, a local school within one mile of the cache as the crow flies. We think we are the first school in the area, if not the country to hide a Geocache and a trackable.
The main reasons for us to do this is to encourage the children and their families to get together and enjoy the great outdoors whether it be in the local area or further afield, maybe visiting friends or whilst on holiday. The other reason which we think is the most exciting part is the Travelbug, Bertie the Badgemore Badger we placed in the cache. We have set his goal to visit and have his photo taken at as many schools as possible around the world, the further away the better in our opinion.
The children will then be able to plot his travels on a map which will be in school. They will also be able to find out about the schools Bertie visits.
The cache is in a lunch box sized offical Geocache Klip lock transparant box. Started with various swaps including, keyring, balloons, 3-D cinema glasses, toy car, silver pen. If you take a swap please replace with a new one, thank you.
We hope you enjoy trying to find our cache.
