The cache is not at the posted co-cordinates but very close to them.
It's a quick grab and go in a parking lot. You are looking for a well camo'ed container. There's no room for a pencil in it so BYOP. You don't need to really leave the parking area at all. You don't need a tool. Or to climb on anything. You don't need an education but "If You Don't Eat Your Meat, How Can You Have Any Pudding?".
I've been looking to hide a cache here for quite a while. I finally had "A Momentary Lapse Of Reason" and got to it.
This feature where the cache is hidden, looks kind of like "The Dark Side Of The Moon". Depending how you look at it.
Sometimes I wonder "Is There Anybody Out There?". So I hope you get a chance to look for my cache because I really "Wish You Were Here"!
