You, the world-famous archaeologist, have received an interesting communication from a colleague:
My old friend,
It has been brought to my attention that something has been discovered in Sellersville, PA. The initial survey team was only able to dig up a few artifacts, however I am certain that something more is there, according to my sources. I believe this will take someone of your expertise and experience to find all that is hiding there. Would you be up to the task?
Yours,
Jonathan
You aren't quite sure what is going on over there, but you grab your Fedora, hop in your trusty jeep, and vow to check the site out. You throw a few things in there you know you'll need once you get there, and are on your way.
This is a Wherigo game, based in James Memorial Park in Sellersville, PA. You will need a Wherigo player, which are available for Android, iPhone, PocketPC, Garmin Oregon and Colorado devices, and several other platforms.
A Wherigo-capable device is the only special equipment you will need. Most of the game takes place through a paved trail, then a dirt trail. The final stage will probably require some light bushwhacking. For the most part, you are not required to revisit places you've been unless you forgot to get or do something there the first time, or if you do the wrong thing down the line, and the game *should* not have any dead-ends. Total walking distance is about a mile, total time is probably 30-45 minutes.
Release Notes: Current version is 2.0. Below is a compatibility chart (based on current tests.) If you get stuck, save your progress and reload the Wherigo cartridge; this has worked for others. You now start with a 'Save Game' item that will let you save your game without exiting. I have tested on a Garmin Oregon and was able to complete the cartridge even though it shut off a few times so I recommend saving after each zone or two.

You will need to download the Wherigo cartridge file from Wherigo.com, upload it into your device, then go to the site and begin the adventure. Read the instructions and information carefully and you should be able to figure out what to do next from there. There is an item you will "find" very early on that will provide help, if needed.
This is my first Wherigo cartridge. I have tested the heck out it and have had others test it, but I know that other issues are likely to pop up. Please contact me with an issues, bug reports, logical flaws in the game, spelling/grammar errors, etc. to help improve the game for future players.
This Wherigo cartridge was developed using Urwigo
Special thanks to my field testing unit: skippy287 and perkwhite.
(Sorry again for the wild goose chase and having you wander around in the mud for a long time!)
