This cache IS at the published co-ordinates, but is only available to and logs will only be accepted from geocachers who have logged a find on 14th February in any year.
The cache shouldn't be a difficult find, the difficulty rating reflects the fact it is only available to cachers who have a find on one particular day in the year.
On street parking is available nearby on Lovedean Lane, close to the Bethesda Mission.
