After another long winter in the Miami Valley it is once again time for The Great Dayton Winter Getaway Geocaching Event. This year we combine the getaway with St. Patrick's Day and get the Luck of the Great Dayton Winter Getaway.

When: Saturday March 17th

Time: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Where: The Wright-Dunbar Interpretive Center and Aviation Trail Visitor Center and Museum
16 South Williams Street - Dayton, OH and

Marion's Pizza 3443 North Dixie Dr at Wagoner Ford Rd

We will start our fun filled adventure in the lobby of the visitor center and museum as you will get your instructions for a couple hours of discovery and fun and maybe even learn a few things about the history of the Dayton area.

Schedule of events:

10:00AM - 11:00AM - Meet at the museum for instructions
10:00AM - 1:00PM - informational scavenger hunt and hands on activities at the Historic Park and Visitor Center.
1:30PM - 3:00PM - Meet and Greet at Marion's

We will be awarding prizes for the 2011 Travel Bug race winners and have a few other prizes for those that attend.
Please let us know if you are coming so that we can be prepared and let the venues know how many to expect.
