[English] The Enid Wengel Park is situated in a relatively quiet residential area of Kempton Park.
Not commonly known but the park boasts with the Kempton Park Centenary Amphitheater.
The Amphitheater was opened on the 11th of March 2005 by the Executive Mayor of the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality Clr Duma Nkosi to commemorate the centenary of Kempton Park.
The same year the community celebrations of 100 years of flight and 10 years of democracy took place.
The centenary celebrations was earmarked by the registration of the Kempton Park Z.A Centenary Star in the constellation of Corvus, with a dedication that reads as follows: “Soli Deo Gloria” (All Glory to God). The Kempton Park Z.A Centenary Star can be found at the following Celestial Address

The park also hosts 2 water features, an aviary, and some limited rides for kids. The park is in a fairly good condition but be warned it looks like some muggles have moved in on the other side of the enclosed park. The park is open from 08:00 till 18h00. I would not suggest that this cache is retrieved in the dark.
Some vandals have stolen the steel plate celebrating the centenary.
The previous 2 caches at this site was repetitively muggled. We have tried to find a more secure hiding place. Lets see if it works.
We have not been in this park before we discovered it with Geocaching. Since then we have repetitively visited it and have found it quite nice.
Please be very discreet in retrieving the cache and hiding it again.

Die Enid Wengel Park is in ‘n rustige voorstad van Kempton Park geleë.Die park huisves die Kempton Parkse Eeufees Amfiteater.
Die amfiteater is op 11 Maart 2005 deur die uitvoerende burgermeester van die Ekurhuleni Metropolitaanse Munisipaliteit Raadslid Duma Nkosi geopen om die eeufees vieringe van Kempton Park te gedenk.
In dieselfde jaar is die eeufees van die lugvaartbedryf en die 10 jaarfees van Demokrasie ook gevier.
Die eeufees vieringe is gekenmerk deur die registrasie van die ” Kempton Park Z.A Centenary Star in the constellation of Corvus, met ‘n wyding: “Soli Deo Gloria” (Aan God al die eer). Die Kempton Park Z.A Centenary Star kan by die adres gesien word:

Die park huisves ook 'n fontein en 'n waterval, ‘n voëlhok en ‘n paar speelapparate vir kinders. Die park is in ‘n goeie toestand, maar dit wil voorkom of ‘n paar ‘mugglers’ hulle in die ander kant van die park tuisgemaak het. Die park is oop van 8:00 tot 18:00.
Wees asseblief baie versigtig wanneer die skat gesoek en gebêre word aangesien daar heelwat besoekers in die park is en om te voorkom dat dieselfde lot die skat tref as sy voorgangers.
