Geocache Description:

THIS CACHE *IS* AT THE POSTED COORDINATES
BUT HAS A SPECIAL LOGGING REQUIREMENT.

Stuff

All hear, yet another challenge stands before ye! Come forth with the endurance and bravery necessary to win this prized cache!

To qualify to find this cache, please do the following:

Find at least one puzzle cache on each date of one calendar month in any one year.

Two things to be aware of. First, this is a streak cache, not a grid filler. You must start on the first day of a month, then find a puzzle cache on every day of that same month. You will end up having a streak of at least 28 finds, depending on the month you choose. For example, if you start on February 1, 2012, you will need to find a puzzle cache on 29 consective days for each of the 29 days in February. Second, you can't just find a puzzle cache for any random 31 consecutive days. You've got to start counting your streak from the first day of the month.

Big Things

  • Any unknown cache is fine: challenges, puzzles, nightcaches, caches that were puzzles once but are now somewhat broken traditionals, anything as long as the icon is a question mark.
  • The difficulty and terrtain ratings of the cache do not matter at all. Anything is fine.
  • Caches can be anywhere in the world. You are not limited to Minnesota caches.
  • Previous finds DO count. So you may already qualify. However, logs edited after 1/28/12 won't be accepted. Also, see the special FTF considerations below.
  • This cache can NOT be used for the last puzzle cache on the last day of the month. You must find a different unknown cache for the last day. You're welcome to find this cache at any point after you find your month's worth of caches.
  • You may find as many other unknown or other caches during the month as you want, and your streak may overlap the month on either end. All that matters is finding at least one puzzle cache on each day of one calendar month in the same year.

Little Things

  • I think I've covered everything in this description, but I reserve the right to tweak, clarify, and modify the challenge in the case of unforseen stuff.
  • For the truly hardcore, can you do this challenge "Ymir Style": no extra hints or coattail rides on the puzzles for the streak; no phone a friend or pre-hints on the finds, etc.? Feel free to make a note of that accomplishment if you can achieve it.

FTF Considerations

  • I'm not sure if anyone out there already qualifies for this challenge, but I'd like to offer two different types of FTFs on this cache. The first FTF will be for the first person who finds this cache who has qualified with finds prior to February 2012. In other words, you've already qualified for this cache at the time of publication and can just come pick it up. The second FTF is for the first person to find the cache by qualifying for it with months starting from February 2012. In other words, you don't qualify for the cache when the cache was published, and had to start and complete the challenge after publication. Of course, Co-FTFs in both of these cases are fine, as long as everyone claiming the find qualifies. And no, you can't find the cache twice and claim both FTFs. :)

Logging
Certify your qualifications by including in your log the GC number and date for each of your finds. Cache name is optional but appreciated. Alternatively, feel free to make a bookmark list for this challenge and keep it active for three months after you complete it. Here is a sample log:
