This cache is hidden for the 8th Annual Vancouver Island Hide-&-Go (or HAG).
This cache is near a WONDERFUL viewpoint in the eastern part of Mount Wells Regional Park. You may think the name is WEIRD, but in keeping with the tradition of viguy's caches (one of which is farther along this trail), the name is an anagram of the access to this area.
The trail starts out being fairly obvious, but it almost disappears in places as you near the cache. There are some old pieces of flagging tape along the way, and I've added some more, so if you get to a point where you can't figure out where the trail goes, look for some flagging. After it rains, parts of the trail become small creeks, so make sure to wear appropriate footwear.
