He wants you to laugh, chuckle, and snicker, too. This cache is one of the Dirty Dave Series to help you find 29 caches on February 29. They are easy, involve only short walks, and have parking nearby. Dave doesn't believe in micros. He placed a few alternates in case you can't get to one of the first 29.
