Harry Potter Year 1: Levicorpus Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Darth Leviosa: It's been a great run. My thanks to all that have visited over the years. Too much work to maintain these and not enough finders to make it worth it anymore. Hope someone else can make good use of this area. Thanks!

Geocache Description:

"Yer a wizard, Harry."

Welcome to the Harry Potter Magic Spell series! There are seven total caches. The first six caches are traditional caches, but you will have to cast a particular spell at each cache in order to find a single digit that when all put together, make up the coordinates to the seventh and final cache. You need to find the first six caches before you will be allowed to find and take credit for the final. You do not have to find the digit in order to sign the log and get a smiley for this cache.

The series as a whole is appropriate for older kids. Younger children may have some trouble with some of the caches as there is some bushwhacking needed. The amount of bushwhacking will be indicated in each cache description.

This is your first stop. This cache is not far off the trail and is easy to get to with very minimal bushwhacking. There is no room for trading items in this cache. There could be mud if it recently rained, so wear appropriate shoes. There is no need to go anywhere near the train tracks. The Hogwarts Express will not be stopping here.

This park is only open from dawn to dusk.

Bring a pencil, use stealth, be careful, and of course, beware of MUGGLES! Please replace as found or better, and don't forget to cast the spell to find the digit.
