Hollókô is part of the World Heritage. This title was given to the
village by UNESCO in 1987. It's famous by its folk architecture,
folk dress and dialect. The magic and unity of Hollókô is induced
by the monument of 65 houses and by the picturesque natural
environment.
You can see the castle from two places, driving on the road
connecting Szécsény and Pásztó. Arriving to the village you can
park your car behind the restaurant. From there, there's a footpath
to the castle or you can go from the old-village on a shorter but
steeper path.
The cache which is a 20 x 20 x 7.5 cm box is under a rock formation
in the cover of a Hawthorn tree.
Important!
The cache is in a protected area of a national park. Please do as
little harm to the nature as possible!
We wish you a successful hunt and a pleasent castle and village
visit.
