2012: It all starts here!
This cache isn't to celebrate the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. It isn't to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. Nor is it linked to 2012 being designated the International Year of Cooperatives, the International Year of Sustainable Energy for All and the Alan Turing Year. The cache has nothing to do with the 2012 World Expo being held in Yeosu, South Korea or the first Winter Youth Olympics taking place in Innsbruck, Austria.
This cache has been placed in connection with the challenge set to me by MrsPumpkin67. She has instructed me to find 2012, no more / no less, caches during 2012. Quite how I will achieve this (an average of 5.5 caches per day), when 2011 was my best year with 677, I have no idea. But I know that, in the spirit of Dave Gorman, it requires a graph! This occasionally maintained graph shows my progress (to success or failure).
