'Shinagawa Seaside' is a town created through the redevelopment of Japan Tobacco Shinagawa factory . It is an office building, commercial facilities, the area consisting of hotels.
The official name is 'Shinagawa Seaside Forest', but the name which omitted Forest is used well.
I placed the cache near the cross road.
This point is southeast of 'Shinagawa Seaside' .
From the place of the cache, we can look at 'Tennozu Isle' or the 'Ooi thermal power station' .
The coordinate is adjusted in GoogleMap.

品川シーサイドは日本たばこ産業品川工場跡地の再開発で生まれた町です。オフィスビル、商業施設、ホテルからなるエリアです。
正式名称は、品川シーサイドフォレストですがフォレストを省略した呼び名がよくつかわれます。
キャッシュは、エリアの東南に位置する交差点の近くに設置しました。
キャッシュの場所からは、同じく新しく作られた天王洲アイルや大井火力発電所なども見ることができます。
座標はGoogleMapで調整してあります。
