Coming from the south of the 3rd Avenue of Taipei City, following along the road to the north, you will end up to this point, horn of Shezi Island. The 3rd Avenue is actually combined with Yanping South Road and Yanping North Road from sec. 1 to sec. 9, beginning from Taipei Botanical Garden, going through Zhong Shan Hall, Taipei North Gate, Dihua Jie street, to this horn.
