Since Groundspeak has started offering Statistics on our profiles, everyone is thinking about filling in their grids. (At least) Those of us who haven't been doing this for more than 4 years have at least one opening on that grid that we haven't even had a chance to fill yet.
Until now. Say no more. Fill that grid!
