This cache on the Wandering Heroes Power Trail immortalises the Australian Record Run on 28 February 2007. The cache is located along the Karoonda to Loxton road. This is a good bitumen road with a wide mallee vegetation corridor.

On 28 February 2007 Dak’s Emu Mob, HawMorFords,and Acts2youthgroup embarked on a mission to find more than 100 caches. Their final count 128 caches in 24 hours. Midnight to midnight. Awesome.
The caching group included a quorum of The Rebel Alliance.
Adelaide has the highest density of caches in the country. Adelaide has a neat grid lay out. Adelaide has plenty of parking, and no freeways, rivers or major traffic snarls. The ideal location for an Australian Record Run.
