This is a virtual cache designed as an experement on GPS accuracy. The challenge isn't to find it as much as it is to pinpoint the actual virtual location.
Inspired by an exchange on the geocaching_ut email list between jumar_b and Fred where jumar_b asked why some people posted their own location for a cache they had found and then which location was the _right_ one?
The idea here is to go to the above coordinates and locate a light green pillar type telephone box just to the South West of a blue roofed building in East Bay. Place your GPS with the antenna centered on the top of the box and get your best fix. Include your best location fix as a lat/lon or a picture of your device when you log the find.
With the number of people that have logged this it should be a good benchmark where you can practice with new equipment and methods and see very directly how close you are getting.
I chose this location because it is close to a freeway exit, and has an easy to find object that a GPS receiver can easily sit on and that isn't likely to move. I intentionally chose a location that has not been pinpointed with traditional surveying equipment so we can see if a series of consumer grade measurments will converge to a good solution.
