This geocache is the final cache on the Florida State Parks Civilian Conservation Corps Geotrail. The geotrail runs through: Florida Caverns State Park, Fort Clinch State Park, Highlands Hammock State Park, Hillsborough River State Park, Mike Roess's Gold Head Branch State Park, Myakka River State Park, O'Leno River State Park, Ravine Gardens State Park, and Torreya State Park.
Each geocache on the Florida State Parks Civilian Conservation Corps Geotrail has a keyword engraved on the outside of the ammo can AND inside on the lid. After gathering all nine keywords, the numbers and letters can be plugged in to reveal the correct coordinates for stage one of the final (a two stage multi) and the combinations to the two locks holding the final geocache shut. In order to claim this find, you must sign the logbook located inside the cache.
The actual terrain that this geocache is located on in Highlands Hammock is a rating of 2. However, the reason this is listed as a 5 difficulty, 5 terrain is because of all the previous work you will need to do in order to obtain the correct coordinates for the final cache (like travel all over the state of Florida, hike the bluffs at Torreya and canoe to the cache at Hillsborough).
