De Anneessenstoren maakt deel uit van de eerste, dertiende eeuwse stadsomwalling van Brussel. Iets verderop is er nog een restant in de rue de Villers (volg de markeringen in de grond). The tower ‘Anneessens’ is part of the first, 13th century city wall of Brussels. A bit further, in the rue de Villers, you will find another part of the wall (follow the signs in the floor). La tour ‘Anneessens’ est une partie de la première enceinte de Bruxelles, du 13ème siècle. Un peu plus loin vous trouverez une autre partie du rempart dans la rue de Villers (suit les signes dans la rue).
