For the west coords find the two years that appear multiple times
on the monument. Take the last three digits of the earliest of the
two dates and add 61. Then take that total and find WILLIAM RICE J.
Once you find his name count down from the top of the roster and
add the number where his name appears (THE NAME ON TOP BEING ONE
THE NEXT ONE DOWN WOULD BE TWO AND SO ON.) Then add that number to
your total for the final coords that will be YYY. FINAL WILL BE 41
