This is #28 in my NFL series. This cache is located at the Riverfront Park in Rainier. Easiest place to park, is in the 15 minute parking zone. Even if there are muggles around, you should be fine. For some reason on my Magellan GPS'r, the cords show that it's in the Columbia River. That is not the case and I can assure you, they are correct!
05/23/12 update: Please do not pull on the container as it is wired to the tree. Look underneath and all you need to do is unscrew the actual cache. Please be gentle! Cords were a tad jumpy, look for double trunk tree.
