The cache isn't at the above coordinate, which are in fact for Cowdray Ruins (which is worth a look around if you get the chance) You don't need to visit this location.
To start with you'll have to solve this simple puzzle, that will then give you the coords for a short multi cache.
On AB of September, CDEF, Cowdray House was destroyed by a fire.
The Estate spans across GHJLK acres.
Now you need to head to the following location:
N50 59.(B+C)(F-L)(E-A) W000 4G.(J+B)(D-F)(H-J)

Once at the calculated coordinates, you'll find a plaque.
Number of letters in the:
1st word = S
2nd word = T
3rd word = U
4th word = V
5th word = W
Above the plaque, on a tree you'll see a white sign, the number of letters in the words on it:
1st word = X
2nd word = Y
Now go to the following coordinates to find the cache:

The cache can be found on a plesant walk of around 0.4 mile round trip. Although while you're at the cache location, there are loads of little paths to wander around.
