Come join us for an evening of good
food, fun and socializing with fellow cachers!
This being a potluck supper, we ask that each family bring
something to eat that will contribute to a delicious Christmas
meal. If you could post what you are bringing, that way others will
know what is needed! Please bring what you wish to quench your
thirst. We will provide plates, cups, cutlery and napkins!
We have a game or two planned and a Gift
Exchange. If you wish to participate in the
Gift Exchange, please bring a
wrapped gift in the $5 - $10 range, with a geocaching theme!
Everyone: newbies, oldies,
out-of-towners, wanna be, children, spouses, are all welcome to the
potluck supper! Please log how many in your party are
attending and if any children too. This is an opportunity to share
your TB's/coins and of course all your caching stories &
experiences. There will also be some door prizes!
A big "Thank you" to SylvanSleuth and JoSask for booking
the guide room for us! We have a lovely large room, a kitchen
equipped with stove, fridge, microwave - everything! We might need
some assistance with set-up and also clean up!
There is additional parking in the back of the building at
N50° 26.295, W104° 36.253. To access this area, there is an
alley by the SGEU building (across from Extra Food gas bar) or an
alley off Broad Street just North of the Canadian Blood Services
Building.
We are also looking for prize donations for the games & door
prizes. We want to give a huge Thank
you to Bru(ce) and Lin(da) for generously donating some
coins & TB's already to the event! Thank-you so much!
You could drop a donation off at our place (just leave in the mail
box) @ 3622 McCallum Ave. We would appreciate anything wou would
care to donate. Thanks again!
