This is a new cache in the same general area as a cache that has recently been archived after being serially muggled. Let's see how long this one lasts.

UPDATE #1. Muggled on day two. Muggles of Paris: you appear to be better at finding caches than some actual geocachers. You know what's even more fun than finding caches and throwing them in the river? Sign your name on the tiny piece of paper inside and then log it on the Internet.
Cache is back in action. Let's see if we can beat the current record of two days.
UPDATE #2. The original cache has resurfaced! (Thank you, Rickjill, for helpfully finding both caches, just as we showed up at GZ.) Although a few theories about cache migration have been thrown around, I'm pretty sure that some guilt-wracked muggle in Paris dove into the river to recover the cache he threw over the railing. Awesome dedication to atonement, muggle of Paris!
