[CZ] Tato cache vás zavede k památné borovici která roste u polní cesty,spojující obce Nové Sady a Jestrabí, nedaleko rybníka Korbel.
[EN] This cache will show you the way to a memorable pine growing at the field path connecting the villages of Nové Sady and Jestrabí, not far from the Korbel pond.
POZOR! Most přes D1 byl 6.7.2013 zbořen a tak počítejte s tím ze vám odlovení keše zabere podstatně více času - na druhou stranu tím získáváte logickou nápovědu kde hledat finálku:-) V žádném případě ale nehazardujte a NEPŘEBÍHEJTE DÁLNICI!
Momentálně je dálnice v tomto místě již po rekonstrukci a cedule s indicií A není dobře vidět. Jsem lidumil :-) a tak tedy dočasně zveřejňuji její správnou hodnotu A=160,5
[CZ] Možná jste si této osamelé borovice všimli pri ceste po D1, odkud je velice dobre videt. Vek této borovice se odhaduje na více než 200let a hned vedle borovice mužete nalézt prastarý smírcí kámen s reliéfem kríže. Opodál se pak nachází další dva takové kameny.
O tomto míste panují ve zdejším kraji rozlicné legendy a povesti. Témer všechny se shodují na tom, že na tomto míste byla prolita lidská krev a zmaren lidský život (životy). Kronikár Velké Bíteše, pan Brod, zaznamenal v roce 1926 vyprávení 78-letého místního rodáka a pametníka Jana Petra:
"..borovice stojí zde od nepameti. Již když jsem byl chlapec, byla taková, jako je dnes. Pod samou borovicí v mezi je oválný žulový kámen, znacne veliký, na nemž vystupuje vytesán kríž. Na sousední blízké mezi jsou takové kameny s krížem ješte dva...O tom míste se vypravuje, že se zde pobili chasníci jdoucí od muziky a tri byli zabiti. Na památku zasazeny ty tri kameny. Potom zde vyrostla i ta osamelá borovice. Tak jsem slyšel vypravovat od starých lidí.."
Dle jiné verze povesti zde došlo k usmrcení rezníka a dvou pomocníku rozzurenými býky, které vedli na porážku. Pametnice z Nových Sadu, paní Duchtíková, vypráví, že tri rezníci vedli býka na jatka, ten se jim splašil a všechny tri rezníky na tomto míste zabil. Jiná verze zase mluví jen o usmrcení samotného rezníka. Dnes již asi nikdo nezjistí, jak to ve skutecnosti bylo. Tak jak tak je toto místo necím magické a rozhodne stojí za návštevu. Je odtud krásný výhled do krajiny, který ruší pouze nikdy neutichající dálnice D1. V letním období vrele doporucuji koupání v blízkém rybníku Korbel, kde byl v roce 2009 zaznamenán výskyt bobra evropského.
K nalezení samotné cache budete muset nejprve zjistit nekolik indícií:
A= údaj kilometrovníku, viditelný smerem na Brno z neexistujícího mostu pres dálnici D1 (resp. z dalnicniho naspu kde driv most staval)
B= pocet cervených polí na sloupku zhuštovacího bodu
C= celkový pocet vzrostlých borovic na památném míste
Souradnice samotné cache jsou:

K památné borovici lze sice za sucha dojet prímo autem, ale každopádne doporucuji auto ponechat u krížku na okraji obce Nové Sady na souradnicích N49°17,432 E016°11,623 a dojít k borovici pešky. Odlov z D1 nedoporucuji. Sice je cca 300m od borovice dálnicní odpocívadlo, ale to je již nekolik let uzavrené.
[EN] You may have seen this lonely pine when driving on the D1 from where it is clearly visible. This pine is said to be 200 years old, and next to the pine there is an ancient stone of conciliation with a cross embossed on it.
Various tales and stories are going around this region about this place. Almost all of them, however, agree in the fact that human blood was spilled and a person or persons lost there life/lives there. In 1926, the chronicler of Velká Bíteš, Mr Brod, recorded a story told by a local man and witness Mr Jan Petr as follows:
"The pine-tree has been standing here from the time immemorial; even when I was a boy it looked as it looks now. There is an oval granite stone, quite a big one, under the pine-tree, with a lapidary protruding cross. And there are two more stones with crosses on them lying on a near balk. There is a tale about this place saying that this is a place where three young men where kicked on their way home from a village dance. In commemoration of this place, these three stones were put there. Later on, this pine-tree began to grow there. This is what I´ve heard from the old residents."
Another story tells that a butcher and two helping men were killed there by two enraged bulls when leading them to a slaughter house. An old woman from Nové Sady Mrs.Duchtíková says that three butchers were killed there by a frightened bull when leading him to a slaughter house. There is,however, another version telling a story about one butcher being killed. Anyway, today it is almost impossible to find the truth,but this place has a magic character and is really worth seeing. It offers a nice view over the country that is unfortunately spoiled by the incessant traffic on the highway D1. In summertime, I can recommend having a swim in the near Korbel pond; here a European beaver was seen in 2009.
To find the cache, you will need the indicators as follows:
A = the milestone data visible from the non-existent bridge over the highway D1 (direction to Brno)
B = the number of the red fields on the compacting point pillar
C = the total number of the pine-trees in this place of interest
The coordinates of the cache itself are as follows:
N49° 16,(CxA)-(C^B+3)
E016° 11,(A-1/B)x(C-1/B)
In a nice weather, the interesting pine can be reached by car, but I strongly recommend parking the car at the cross standing on the outskirts of the village of Nové Sady at the coordinates N49°17,432 E016°11,623, and going to the pine on foot.
I don´t recommend going there from D1. There is a rest stop in the distance of ca 300 m from the pine, but it has been closed for several years.
