The theme of the Mercator Projection Series is locating a cache by projecting from a point or points some distance away. Having an interest in maps and navigation etc. might be an advantage.

Congratulations to Schoolfrenz for solving it with lightening speed and getting the FTF bright and early the morning after it was published. It was of course very meaningful to find MP no.9 on the 9th of the month, or was it just random?! Well done also to Mcwomble and Gillywig for their quick finds, obviously it wasn't hard enough, or they're all smart.
