Acropolis of Polirrinia
In the archaic time the city of Polirrinia was one of the most important and most powerful cities in West Crete. The city was built amphitheatric on top of a hill 6km south of Kissamos, its port.
From the recommended parking place (WP1) take the path through the village and follow the signs. After the village you have to pass two gates, please lock them after passing (just to keep out the goats).
