Geocache Description:

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates! The posted coordinates will lead you to the Big Bridge in Lockport. When this bridge was constructed, it was the widest bridge in the world! Additional information about the Big Bridge can be found on this website. It is not necessary to visit this website or the Big Bridge as there is nothing there that will help you solve the cipher.

To find the cache, solve the cipher below. In solving the cipher, you will be given instructions on how to decode the hint. The hint is not encoded in the standard Rot13 so don't waste your time. It is recommended that you decode the hint before heading out. The hint has some important information that will aid in finding this cache. The hint does not provide a spoiler. The difficulty is calculated assuming that you use the hint.

The cache itself is a two stage multi on public land in Niagara County. The first stage is a match stick container and the final is a Lock-N-Lock. There is parking near the first leg.

Coords may be off slightly. GPSr accuracy was not the best when on any of my scouting visits to the zero. The cache is hidden in the obvious location but you may have to search a bit for it.
