I dedicate this geocache to fans of Bear Grylls.It is hidden deep in Iška canyon.
Ta cache je posvecen vsem fanom Bear Gryllsa.Skrit je Globoko v soteski Iške.
To find this cache you will have to think and act just like Bear Grylls. I suggest you start your adventure next to restaurant Iški vintgar...after that, you just follow creek Iška upstream. You are going to have to be fast and smart to survive in brutal enviroment of Iška. First you will have to find some food. You can catch some fish,maybe even illusive Astacus leptodactylus or simply eat some of many edable plants. This deep in wildernes water should be drinkable and there's plenty of it. On the other hand, you can just go to that restaurant, eat your sandwich or have a snack. Oh, dont forget that beer from your backpack. Once you get to confluence of Iška and Zala, dont get dissoriented, simply continue left. Ignore all camping and picnic spots, move fast, you are about half way there. On the other hand, you can make a base camp and stay over night, just take care about all bloodthirsty animals...bears and volves have been spoted in this areas regulary. Once you get really deep into the heart of the gorge, you will need to find way out. The best idea is to find high grounds, where you can be spotted and picked up by helicopter(or your parents). Geocache is hidden on exactly such highgrounds, but this final ascent can be quite dangerous. After you discovered cache, you will be rewarded with "bonus cache" coordinates. If your heli doesn't show up, it sure is a nice place to chill and relax after surviving adventure like this one.
There might be more direct approaches to this cache, but due to nature of this terrain EXTREME CAUTION is needed. Cache is the best troughout summer and temperatures above 20°C.
