Cache is located near to Widnes railway station in Victoria park.
Paul Simon was inspired to write the song Homeward Bound after performing at the Queens Hall in Widnes, and waiting at Ditton station on the outskirts of Widnes. A plaque commemorating this claim to fame was displayed at Ditton station until it was closed in 1994. The plaque was then moved to the ticket office on the Liverpool bound platform of Widnes station. Simon is quoted as saying "if you'd ever been to Widnes, then you'd know why I was keen to get back to London"
The cache is a one and a half inch plastic container so only contains the log. Bring a pen. There is a lapel badge for the FTF.
