Tretí z keší tématicky zamerených na základní podmínky života na Zemi. Nenárocná multinka.
Nejvýznamnejším zdrojem tepla, dosud nedostatecne využívaným, je slunecní zárení, které udržuje tepelné podmínky na Zemi v optimálním rozsahu.
Slunce vysílá své zárení rovnomerne do všech smeru a na naši planetu jí dopadne jen její nepatrný díl, pouze pul miliardtiny jeho množství vyslaného do vesmíru. Avšak i tento nepatrný dílek energie, který nám Slunce daruje, predstavuje 180 tisíc terawattu (terawatt je bilion wattu, což je milion megawattu). Z hlediska lidské potreby 14 tisíckrát více, než spotrebovává dnes celé lidstvo.
Ke Slunci se blíže nedostaneme, ale alespon se projdeme v okolí nejvetšího místního zdroje tepla, porícské elektrárny.
I presto, že razantní odsírení elektrárny probehlo v letech 1996 a 1998, pro zdejší životní prostredí elektrárna urcite prínosem není, jak se s tím vyrovnává, mužete videt i pri cestování po sousedních keších. Nevhodný, již prekonaný zpusob výroby elektrické energie, který nebral nikdy ohled na životní prostredí, nelogicky dotovaný státem na úkor bežných spotrebitelu pod hlavickou zelené energie.
Cestu za touto keší vedenou nejbližším okolím elektrárny zahájíme na pravém brehu Úpy nedaleko od hlavního vchodu porícské elektrárny. V žádném prípade není treba vstupovat do vlastního areálu elektrárny.Z doporuceného parkovište se nejprve presunte přímo přes silnici na pesinku vedoucí podle řeky.

The third of caches with topic about basic conditions of life on the Earth.
The most important source of heat is solar radiation, which keeps the heat conditions on th Earth in an optimal range. The sun sends its rays evently in the all directions and our planet gets only a tiny part of it (a half a bilionth of amount sended out to the universe). But even this tiny part of energy, which the sun gives us, is 180 000 terawatt. We can not get closer to the Sun, but can walk around the largest local source of heat, Porící's power station. Even that a radical desulfurization was in 1996 and 1998, for local environment the power station is not a benefit. How the nature gets over it you can see during searching the neighbouring caches.
The way for a cache, which is in the nearest surroundings, we start on the right bank of the river Úpa near the entrance to the power station. There is no reason to entre the compound of the power station, it is not needed.
Sometimes, you can park opposite, across the road.
